We   leverage   our   design   experience   to   directly   benefit our customers. We can blend new and used equipment to make a system or We can alter existing equipment to manufacture the packs you really want and NEED. For instance, we are one of only 3 companies in the UK able to design and manufacture the actual tooling required to make packs. These are known as Forming Sets for VFFS machines and Fold Assemblies for Flow Wrapping machines. The savings in cost and time for our customers are SUBSTANTIAL. We can alter stock machines to dramatically increase your profitability . 1. A good example is the large British wholesaler of nuts, bolts and washers. They wanted to pack a number of nuts and a number of washers in a small pack. They were doing this by hand using pre made packs - When we showed them how much they were then paying per pack compared to our solution they were staggered. The pay back time was just a few months. We supplied them with a VFFS machine (Compact) and automated the counting of the nuts and the washers - all on a tight budget. We delivered! They are delighted. 2. Then there is the customer who wanted to make a pack that had a number of individual pouches within each pack - One for resin, one for fixer compound and one for a pair of gloves - We delivered!
